stop flat ironing it. when you apply heat to our hair you fry it, especially if you use greese, hot oil, or pink oil. what i did to make my hair stronger and healthier again was every two weeks i get a professional weave done, then go back 2-3 weeks later have them remove it, give me a deep conditioner and clip my ends and then repeat. my sister found that having brais work the same excet she gets her deep conditioner and ends clipped at the end of the month. but if you can try wrapping your hair to get it staright it does less damage to the hair. Also, just an extra tip, when perming your hair, do use a brush afterwards unless you want think hair.

Whatever you are putting in your hair stop, grease is not good for your hair and flat irons burns your hair out.I experience it,and I had a nice length of hair,I cut it all off and now I'm starting fresh don't let it break too bad.Get some hair restoration product from the beauty supply store.

Girl...please!!!! you can give your hair follicles a rest by going 'Au natural' .... while doing so, add conditioners each time you wash your hair. Try not to use heat or even perms as both tend to weaken your hair. Do not comb your hair while it is wet!!! The next thing you can do is go to a Black cosmetologist, who can place you on scheduled treatments. Black women have beautiful hair, we only need to pay attention to our bodies and allow the beauty to come out NATURALLY. You could also go with a short haircut - similar to Halle Berry's - but don't perm.

Stop using so much heat to your hair, and start wrapping it up at night, that's why you flat iron it daily. Your hair needs moisture. Go get the damage ends clipped.
