Hopefully, you live reasonably near a University that has a dental college. If your dad is willing to let a dental student (under a close supervision of a dentist) work on him, the University will charge very little or nothing. Best of luck.

There is a way to get free dental coverage. He can join the National Guard and while he is on active duty for basic and AIT he can have any dental work needed done for free. The only requirement is he must be able to meet the height weight standard and be under the maximum age. The age used to be 35 but I know it has gone up. I believe it is 42 now. If he is prior service then he won't have to go to basic training again but their is a enlistment bonus of up to $20,000 for entering service. He will be an enlistment bonus even if he isn't prior service. I feel like from your question you are possibly a low income family. Please don't think I'm insulting you because I myself am a low income family. I am a member of the National Guard and have recently completed a volantary tour to Germany in which I made brought home $6000.00 a month. I am about to volanteer to go to Iraq and the pay per month there is more than that. The military has a lot of benifits in it so don't forget about it. There is no greater pride one can have than knowing he is securing his childrens countries future.

Try a dental college. Call some dentists to see if they can work out a payment plan.

The medical profession knows that there are people with no medical coverage...their answer to that problem is to say they accept Master Card.
