I would suggest a trip to an all-inclusive resort like Mexico.
Not sure what your budget is but there are many options for this and it doesn't have to be Disney. Although the kids would love it I'm sure.
Being warm doesn't have to be a beach but it usually does.
Phoenix Arizona for example is very nice in Feb (80's usually)and they have many luxury resorts there in the Scottsdale area.

Lots of fantastic places to relax and getaway from it all... Are you looking for something for your kids to do while you hit the spa and relax while sunbathing. I would recommend a couple of places like Cancun, Jamaica, St. Thomas, Mayan Riveria, Dominican Republic
If you like to be adventurous and stay all together the whole trip try Costa Rica, Peru, Hawaii.

The hottest month in New Zealand is February and its a really safe place for the kids and lots of fun. Watch out for sunburn though, the sun is fierce.

I second the vote for Hawaii - if you are a first time visitor you may want to try Maui which is the best all-around island. Rent a condo with a kitchen and be prepared to have a great time!

If you've never been to Florida you should go atleast once......then perhaps go to Disney or Animal Kingdom...totally awesome
