You can't base your thinking on a dream, dreams are almost always fiction. Some are based on wish fulfillment, some on symbolism, some are acting out fears which is probably what yours was, so while he may have cheated on you the dream is only an expression of fear, it has nothing to do with whether he did or did not. Give him the benefit of the doubt.

Dreams are more of your subconscious talking rather than supernatural premonitions. Are you scared he is cheating and going to leave you. You might want to sit down and talk to him.
