What is the point in testing faith through trials and tribulations when the reward is so unarguably attractive that, were it presented in an honest light, only an insane person would reject it?

Why billions of years of nothing, then billions more of just bacteria, then millions of years of dumb animals, then finally us, who've argued about your existence our entire short tenure?

Where did you come from?

Are you truly in control?

Why did you do (all) this?

Are there alternatives to you?

Why eternal punishment for infidelity?

What is eternity/infinity?

What is death? Life?

Do you have a sense of humor?

How do I get a refund?

Real funny. I particularly like the idea of all the christians being surprised that god wants to talk to the atheists rather than the hypocritical christians.

Atheists hold to their professed beliefs. Christians, on the other hand, claim to believe the bible, but don't act according to their beliefs. How should a christian react to the events of 9/11? By killing lots of muslims? Wasn't there something about cheek-turning?

Oh everyone will see God one day....

It is appointed a man once to die, then come judgement.

All the things that you have done, thought, felt, and spoke will be played out. Imagine, how terible of a person you would look like... there would be no excuse, not for the athiest, the good-deed-doer, or the sinner, not for you. all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Worst of all, it was your choice, no one esles fault. Only Christ can take our sins away... in Him we are saved from what we all deserve- Hell. He loved us enough to take our place and punishment. It is just stupidity to reject Him. Even Athiest cannot be certain of the otherside of death. It is a choice to go to hell. hell means- "without God" That is exactly what it is. God is love joy and peace. You can imagine being conscience of what you have done for all eternity, alone, suffering in the dark- without God. This horrifies me, and it should you- God cannot stop it, He cannot stop you from going- He cannot stop free-will.... but He offers a way the way- Christ.... not religion, not good deeds- not church... but relationship.

He did this because He loves you. I am concerned for the well being of your soul as well, but I cannot choose for you... it is your free will.

Most of us wouldn't even let a loved one into our mind if we could, think of how sad a day it will be when God sees into your heart and mind. He knows your heart now.

Only Christ can take your sins away. How do I know?

I am a sinner saved by grace... though I do not try to practice sin, I still sin- my "goodness" is dirt in God's eyes without Christ to redeam me.

I once was lost, but now I'm found- Was blind, but now I see.

- a Christian

Atheist here. I wouldn't be hiding behind a rock or anyplace else in fear. I'd stand right up and tell him what a despicable, disgusting "thing" He is. I wouldn't bow, stoop, kneel, pray or beg to Him. That, apparently would be your job.

I'm an athiest, I would say, "Wow, you look much better in person than they portray you on tv. So why do you let so many people kill each other in your name?"

It's a moot point, since it will never happen. Can't talk to someone who doesn't exist. Okay, you can, but then they put you in a rubber room.
