Gentlemanly behaviour... kind, polite, caring, ability to carry on a sensible conversation, treats women with respect rather than as an object. A true gentleman is a true catch.

He pays as much attention to you as you do to him. You can see that he isn't just pretending to listen to you, he is actually interested in what you have to say. You don't have to question whether he feels the same way about you that you do about him. You just know. A man who shows you respect and compassion, but doesn't let you walk all over him is a great catch.

personality. A guy has to have a decent personality. I don't care if you are the hottest richest guy in the world, if your personality and outlook on life sucks then I would say screw that and look for someone else.
