Gin and tonic with a twist of lime in a tall glass,
grilled pork chops with a dry bbq rub
armadillo eggs (jalepeno's stufffed with cheese and wrapped with a sausage and bisquik mix and baked)
Frozen Strawberry pie (made with dream whip frozen strawberries, sweetened condensed milk in a graham craker crust)

I would have to add fresh asparagus and french bread and I would have a perfect meal ! I think I am drooling right now.

I would cry! This actually happened to me- not for a "really long time," but for two weeks and it was bad enough :( I was checked into the psych ward at the hospital a year and a half ago- yeah, I was a mess... They took away my iPod, and I burst into horrible tears on the spot. (You're not allowed to bring anything with you into there, and when I asked why, they said I might use the earphone cord to strangle myself!) All I wanted to do was listen to my Tchaikovsky Sixth Symphony and Albinoni Adagio... But it's not anything near what poor Beethoven went through. So in answer to your question, which is really interesting by the way: Beverage: I'm going with Brahms' Academic Festival Overture. If there were ever a homage to drinking songs, this would be it! (Plus I'm still an immature college student, haha... Not my favorite of Brahms' works, I do like his serious stuff better, but I think the idea was so clever) Appetizer: How about Schubert's piano trio #2 second movement- it's almost taunting, like it's dangling something before you in anticipation. Plus anyone would like that piece- perfect for a start Main Course: Schubert sonata in A major, second movement. Complex and simple at the same time, mysterious, very tragic- seems like a perfect main course to me! I love love love his last sonatas... Side dish 1: Anything by Bach- a taste of polyphony for the variety, something richer to savor :) Any fugue would work; I'll just go with the one in C# minor from WTC Side dish 2: Shostakovich- again, something different. That's what side dishes are all about... Salad: "Voi che sapete" from Figaro- light, crisp, and lovely! Dessert: Abduction from the Seraglio (Turkish March is too overplayed) Not my favorite piece, by any means, but "Turkish delight" is the quintessential dessert Edit: Schumisz, I totally forgot Schubert's Fantasie for four hands! Silly me. When I was in college last year I listened to it endlessly when I was writing my papers and got no work done :) One of my favorite pieces! Haha the philtre from Tristan and Isolde and Hansel and Gretel for dessert are really clever answers...

my favourite spirit is bourbon, or a glass of merlot (red wine). My fave main dish is a greek pastry called paztizzi with ricotta cheese and spinach in the middle. U can also have that as an appetizer. My favourite dessert is tiramisu - an italian cake with coffee and cream mixed through a sponge cake.

Yummo hehe *drool*

Well aren't you inqisite to the point of demanding? My poison right now is diet cherry soda with vanilla vodka to give it a boost. However, it depends on the mood/food. Right now, I am not eating so I am drinking. To answer your question though, if I was eating chicken and broccoli, my fav dish, I would have some pinot grigio or any red wine. Then I would top it off with my mom's homemade chocolate cake...yum!
