Incline press. Get an adjustable bench, get some adjustable dumbbells, and go crazy.

Heavy dumbells. low reps. if you have a weight bench where you can change the incline, this is the best, Depending on the incline, you will work different parts of your pecs (chest muscles. You need to do flies. Start by lying on the bench and extend your weighted arms to the sides, with the elbows slightly bent, birng your hands inward to eye level and cross your hands. Repeat upto 7 more times. Do this at different inclines and you will have larger stronger pecs.

if you don't want to buy a machine, you just need dumbbells and a chair, pull the chair away from the wallhold the weight uupright in your hands, and slowlypull away from your chest, elbows t'wards your back.how much can you lift? start of with 10lbs.in a couple weeks graduate to 20lbs. and so on...do 15-20reps in 2-4sets if you're a man you should do push -ups.unless you're injured.but go to modells or gnc or i really recommend a gym and ask a trainer what is right for you.since they can see you they can help you better than people here.

good luck!
