another cesarean? Yes

SOME hospitals will allow you to have a VBAC, but mainly the bigger hospitals. The hospital I delivered at was one that didn't allow them. There are some very high risks with having a VBAC though. Although the likelihood of having your uterus rupture is slim, if it did happen the baby and mother would both be killed. I personally would not risk this. If you've already had a cesarean, most Drs will automatically schedule you for another one

I believe you are asking ?? if you can have a planned c-section with your next baby. The answer is yes. Public hospitals do c-sections all the time. They don't just do one but there must be a justifiable reason documented by your doc and so on.

You also have the option regaredless of where you go to try VBAC (vaginal birth after cesearean). This means you are allowed to go into labor and certain precautions are done to ensure no uterine rupture etc.

In my case, I wanted to do a VBAC but became ill at end of pregnanncy and had planned c-section for seccond baby. First was planned too but because the baby was breech.

Depends on the hospital. I had one with my first and on the second the hospital is in a small town so i had to have another c-section. I know i could have went to the town 30 mins. away and had a vbac. But let me just say. To plan the date of my second baby's birth and no labor was great. I was prepared for the afterward pain so it was worth it. I have heard the horrible labor pain stories.

I had my first as an emergency c-section due to fetal distress as well. I was not given a choice as to how to deliver my second child. The doctor picked a day and I had a planned c-section. I think it is all a matter of what your doctor and hospital will allow.

I had my first and third by emergancy c-section for fetal distress. But my second was born the good oldfashioned way at a public hospital. So the answer is yes.
