i like this guy! how should i make a move on him without him thinking i am moving to fast or wacked? (i am 13 nothing weird)

Direct approach, my friend, it's your best bet. Just ask him out. At 39 (okay, so I'm a little older, but hey, I was 13 once too), I would just ask a guy if he'd like to have coffee with me sometime. So just ask him if he'd like to go to a movie, or grab a soda with you, or hang out with you at the mall, or whatever is right for you.

hmmm, talk to him for a while. it's all about being friends first then eventually give hints or something. or you could always just ask him to like hang out and stuff. It's totally cool to ask out guys. just don't make it into a super big deal. he might get intimidated. You know, just ask him if he wants to hang out. It shows you find him interesting enough to have some fun with, or are capable of having fun with
