And does anyone realize how DELICIOUS it is? Green chili dip (with sour cream) is absolutely the most incredible snack with chips. And green chili is so awesome on nearly every food!

YES! I lived in N.M.(Santa Fe & Aztec) for many years..really miss it too. Green Chili's yum I make a mean Green Chili Stew.
We still purchase a variety of chilis to use in our meals. Roasted & pop in the freeze so I alway have them on hand for cooking.

Chili Verde? Of course.... I have known about that for a while and I grew up in Northern New England..... now if I could duplicate a good version at home..... if anyone has a recipe, please e-mail, it doesn't matter how complex it is, I'm a certified chef.
I make a good red chili, but haven't tried to make a green.
