Jesus is Jehovah ,So put it together means ,I have a contract that states I will help you in everything you do as long as you trust in me and all sign it in my own blood .

Jehovah is actually one of the names of GOD in Hebrew and also one of the names of GOD that Jews arent allowed to say or write down because it is a very holy name. Jesus was some crazy Jew who lived a while back and decided that he didnt agree with all of the ideas of Judaism and attracted a group of followers which later came to be called "Christians".
