so i do cardio 1.30-2 hours 4-5 times a week. but, im not noticing a change in my boob size...i am not that big, a normal small c but, how do i get them smaller?! im doing 1 weight classfor 45 minutes and the rest are all cardio like step, kickbox, etc. any thoughts?? i use 2-3 pd weights also.thanks!

Gee, it is easy, u want a smaller c, see a doctor and get some male hormones. I know if u have to work on a ladder--can get off balanced, or climb on the roof--they about make u not steady.
On the other hand u could lose weight and boobs be gone!!!

Honey there's no way you can reduce breast size unless the breast mass is fat... and your sounds like mine ALL BREAST, Im a D, and have not got these babies down yet.

But you can buy good size reducing bra's that dont pinch or bruise, try OLGA bra line or NATORI... great stuff, you pay for quality.

Wear good sports bra when working out, champion is good. and Danskin.
