Broke up with me while we were having sex,he actually said it while releasing himself,then two days later he proposed and now he won't take no for an answer how can i get rid of him?

you need to let him know how you feel and break up with him. He is only using you and he doesnt seem to make up his mind on if he really cares about you - no offense, but is he mental or just really immature cause from what you said, he actions change quickly as if hes a 3 yr old.

Every relationship has a WEALTH of story behind an "episode" such as what you describe above. Not knowing all the history, it's hard to really give advice. Some questions I'd ask are: has he acted hurtfully like this in the past or is this the first time? If the first time, is it understandable or excusable since he's never been like this before? Have you two been together for long enough even to consider getting married? Or, if not, could this be a ploy to keep you in the relationship? Do you trust him? Why did he say he was breaking up with you in the first place? Does he have a history of psychosis or drug use? If you haven't been with him long, and aren't in love with him yet, is this question mearly to figure out wtf he was thinking?.
This is a weird one, I'll give you that. I hope, personally, that you don't care about him all that much so you can just wipe your hands clean of this one! That kind of behaviour, even if excusable ONCE, just doesn't give a relationship a solid foundation!! Good luck :)

Sounds like a real headcase. You should have broken his nose the first time he dumped you. You'd also better get some pepper spray immediately.
Do everything in your power to ensure that he cannot hear your voice or see your face. Tell him you never want to hear from him again, tell him he's scum and has no place in your life, and mean it.
Block his phone number so he doesn't use his phone to hear your voice. Erase your voice message, and just do the anonymous automated system for a while if you keep getting a lot of blank calls. if he gets ahold of you using someone else's phone, hang up, if you know the other person tell them you do not want to ever talk to the man again. If he leaves messages, delete them instantly unless they sound threatening.
Do not respond to any of his emails. If they sound threatening, save them for police evidence. If they are boring, mark them as spam. Do not respond to his text messages. If they are threatening, save them for police evidence, if not, delete them.
Should he write, cover over your address, and TYPE return to sender on the paper. Do not give him any samples of your hadwriting for any reason. Do not read his letters for any reason. If he has threatened you before, photograph the envelope, but leave it unopened.
Get a can of pepper spray.
Should he try to talk to you in person, tell him to leave. Tell him he had his chance and he blew it so badly that there's no way you will ever be nice to him again. Mean it. if he has sent any threatening messages through any other means, or if he follows you, tell him you will put a restraining order on him, and go directly to the nearest courtroom to see about doing this.
If he threatens you touches you, or refuses to let you get away from him, shout that you will get a restraining order against him loud enough for others to hear. Repeat louder, and louder until someone asks you if he is bothering you. Say that he is. If nobody hears after three tries, spray him with pepper spray, and go see about that restraining order.
