most girls like their man to be taller than them. Personally it is quite hard to find any guy shorter than me as I am quite petite. So i don't mind as long as the guy is taller than me & i could wear high heals & still look smaller than him.

I was compelled to answer, because I recently met someone that was 6'5 and I'm 5'2. This was only a brief friendship but I couldn't help to imagine what it would be like. Suffice to say I will stick with my 5'6 inch sweetie. After standing next to the giant with my shoes off, I thought "he could hurt me". That's not to say he wasn't adorable. To get back to your question, I think it depends on your own height for the majority of us.

I'd prefer 5' 10" or taller but as long as their the same height as me (5'5") then that's good enough.

I'm 6 feet tall, so I've actually never dated a guy my height.
I seem to go for short men for some reason. Hmmm.

5'10 is not bad at all. someone like 5'5 is bad! i an kinda short so 5'10 is good for short girls like me. but girls like guys that are tall but not over tall like 6'5 :)

It doesn't matter how tall you are, it's about your personality. But my husband just happens to be 5'10
