She is your girlfriend so you guys are no longer dating...you are now in a relationship so there should be no reason why she isn't spending money on you occassionally...Stop taking her out so much if it's hurting your pockets and when she asks...tell her you are broke and need to cut back. If she can't respect that then she's not worth it.

Old school when dating they man is suppose to pay. Be creative instead of going out every week stay home and rent a movie from blockbuster and have pizza.

I would never let my boyfriend do all the asking and all the paying. Even if he when he wouldn't let me pay when we went out, I would always surprise him by making dinner and picking up movies, or picking him up a little gift or a card just to say thanks and I love you. That's just the way I am though.

No this isn't ok. I'm not saying you show someone you're their friend by spending money on them, but friends should be generous and put their friends first. If you do something for a friend a friend should be willing to do the same for you. If theyknow they're not willling to do so they shouldn't accept it when you do it for them. You should ask your friend about this.

It should be equal .. the problem is you spoiled her too fast now she expects you to do everything .. stop taking her out and if she wants to go out she'll start paying
