Yes, you should tell her.
Clearly everything is her fault.
She will be happy at a job well done.

If you haven't told her how you feel, then by all means do so in a respectful and sensitive way :) If she does not reciprocate, it is then your job to move on. If you are nervous about being rejected, think about what you are going through NOW without knowing how she feels. It doesn't seem as if it could be worse because if, say for example, she does reject you, at least you can move on. I wish you the best in these frustrating and hurtful times. Please be careful with your own heart and soul by trying not to pollute it with drugs etc.....no one is worth that. peace, friend.

You're under the impression that this is all about her, but it isn't, it's about you. You are having the problem. I've got news for you: you DIDN'T start drinking 'because of her', and you DIDN'T start taking anti-depressants because of her. If your feelings for someone who didn't reciprocate them caused you to discover inner misery, than the inner misery is still yours. I'm assuming you're an adult, or nearly. Adults take responsibility for their own feelings and don't blame people who don't return their affections. No one owes you their love just because you're attracted to them.
I'm very sorry for your pain, but it will not get better until you realize that it is yours to heal, and doesn't involve anyone but you.
