That is hard to determin but I understand you question comes from What is suposibly a Mormon doctrine. This is one of those simple misunderstandings. Where the garden of ede was located is somthing I don't know that anyone can identify. There are rivers named in its location but we have to assume that first that location was hidden by God and second those names are not the same to day. Then to top it off how much did the land change since then. Assuming the flood took place we have to assume quite a bit.
Jackson County Missouri is the prophisied location of the return of the city of Enoch and the place where adam will establish his seat of power. Not the location of the origional Eden or the origional City of Enoch.

If it's in Missouri it would be Cooper County, not Jackson County. But then it probably wouldn't have been the apple as forbidden fruit, but corn or soy beans.

he Garden was destroyed by the Flood. Its actual location on the globe can never be established.-- -- for all we know it was where we now find the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

It's a reference to how mesopatamia used to be more fertile than it is today. So, probably somewhere along the Tigris and Euphrates.
