you need a protien treatment and a trim then proceed with conditioning treatments at a salon once a week always remember if you want your hair to look good use good products matrix redkin and so on every 6-8 weeks everyone should trim at least 1/4 inch off their hair ........good luck

Moisturize. Seriously use something like EVOO or Olive Oil Butter.

You'll love your hair.

try using 2 beaten EGG YOLKS applied to clean,towel dried hair. Leave on for 10 mins. and rinse off well. good luck !

Use a dryer sheets. I swear it works. If you want a fast de-frizzer, it'll take alot of it out. I know it sounds crazy, but give it a try.

I know how you feel. I have EXTREMLEY curly thick hair (no joke) and I use a product called Infusium. It works brilliantly!
