If you were suspended recently and the paper hasn't caught up yet, then you can. But I believe that they ask you if you are suspended anywhere else, and probably make you sign a statement saying so. And even if they cut you a license, they will link it to your new license eventually. I'm a trucker, and truckers used to do that, have licenses in multiple states, so that they could always give out a diffierent license than there home state. But with the CDL regulations now it is illegal to have more than one, and they can check pretty easily.

Most states will run a check on you. Even if you lie and tell them you're not suspended and you get the license then they find out about the lie, they'll suspend your new license also. And they'll suspend you for a longer period of time because of it.

Try and see what happen, just retake everything, say you decided to start driving or something. I would not mention OK.

go to the dmv.. they will tell you if anything shows up and if not then your clear to get a lic..
