Well - 1) a sense of humor, 2) the ability to be serious, 3) someone with 'futuristic" thinking, 3) qualities that would make a good dad; 4) someone who respects their parents
Notice that muscles, good looks and testosterone did not enter the picture..... it's because that it really doesn't matter.... I think that stuff matters more to other men - the same way "being thin for a woman" matters more to other woman

Chemistry - I've got to be at least a little attracted to him.
Responsibility - He's got to show that he can be an adult, no one should have to tell him when things need to be done.
Trust - He can't be a jealous controlling moron.
Respect - For himself and me.
Stability - He doesn't have to be rich, but he should be able keep a job, a place to live, and get his bills paid.
Equal balance of macho and sensitivity - I shouldn't be able to walk all over him, but he shouldn't walk all over me either.
Intelligence - He should have a brain in his head.
Compassion - He should be aware of my needs as well as his own.
And he can't show any signs of abusive behavior. This includes jealousy, possessiveness, calling me names, insulting me, or otherwise treating me badly.
Bonus behavior includes good manners, romantic gestures, and anything that shows he is willing to go that extra step to impress me and make me feel good about both him and myself.

as beauty is only skin deep and i cant help the look without a picture, try charm and manners. women may say we are into womens lib, but most are softies. We're impressed in the long run by small nicities. personally picked flowers, opening doors, pulling out chairs, etc. meet her at the door as opposed to honking in the drive way. good hunting.

they look for his personality. they dont want a guy how is a selfish snob. we like to be treated with respect. never spend too much time talking about ur self cuz no girl likes that. Ask about her first and find out what she likes and girls like romantic thing like flowers and cards so dont forget that.

I was just looking for sincerity, when I met my boyfriend. All the guys I knew were total jerks who just wanted to f*ck me and then brag about it to one another (not that they got the chance).
