there's this one girl i like and i've already told her that i like her. she says that she doesn't like anybody at the moment but i think she likes me but she's playing hard to get..how can i tell?

Spread yourself around a bit. There is no reason to get tied up with just one girl at this time, particularly if she has already said she doesn't like anybody at the moment. ("anybody" probably includes you.)
There will be a lot of girls in your life. Have fun for now and don't worry so much about 1 girl rather than finding the "right" girl for you.

You really can't. Try to read her signals, and don't add too much pressure. Be her friend and develop a friendship she can't live without. Love takes time...
