My friend came to me and said she feels toaly ashamesd guilty and viloated. While hanging out with an ex boy friend he began asking her for sex. She said no and he persisted. He told her that she owed him and that she was not being there for him when he needed it. he made her feel guilty and worthless and kept telling her if she had sex one more time with him then he would continue to be her friend snd not hate her and they would be even for the help he had given her in the past. She still continued to say no no and no and began to cry. She went to use the bath room so she could leave when she came out he was standing there and began touching her some more harrasing her for "one last time" she still protested but stoped eventualy and he took off her close and put her on the floor and started having sex with her. After a few minutes she couldnt take it and began to cry and stoped him. She says "I just stood there and let him so he would stop harrasing me" Is waht he did wrong?Or is she?

There is plenty of blame to go around.

What he did was probably wrong.

But her choosing to have sex and then crying foul is completely wrong.

You say she stopped him when she started to cry - she could have stopped him earlier, like perhaps before it happened.

It isn't the guy's fault that she let him have sex.

He is sleaze, but she is an idiot for letting it happen.

If this is all true, then your friend was raped.
I think that she was wrong for not kicking him in the testicles, and running away, before allowing him to rape her. She did have options, so she has to share a little bit of fault. But this is a clear case of sexual assault, and he should have been arrested.
she made that mistake, too, in not calling the cops, going for a rape test, and having him locked up. He'll do it again to another girl!

Absolutely it's wrong...
It's called rape, she said no and he persisted, forcing her to the ground (the way I read it). She only gave in after saying no several times and put up a fight.
That's classified as rape in most every state I know of.

The guy was wrong. that is considered rape, cause she was constantly saying no. Guys have no right to pressure girls into sex. The girl although, probably should have left, but the rest was the guys fault.

I don't care if a woman is laying nude with her legs spread, no is no. She should not have given in. I have a sister that went through something similar, and her self-esteem has still not recooperated. The guy's a scumbag low life, and she should have pressed charges.

He raped her. He abused her until he got his way. He should be locked up. As for her. She needs to understand that NO means NO.. and if she doesn't want it.. she fights him. Just standing there and taking it is wrong.

he's an a.s.s hole for pressuring her...she needs to get a backbone...they're both at fault....teach your friend to stand up to peer pressure..and tell her boyfriend to stop raping people...
