I never tried dating online and I don't know how much time it takes from saying hello online to an actual date...Is it worth paying for an online website like eHarmony, or Match.com?

save your $ don't do it. thats like going out your home and paying just to say hello to someone. save your money, drop the mouse and ps2 controller and let them ladies ( or guys. don't know how u roll) know you're alive. just go somewhere where your type of women (or guys) are, man up, and just jump right in. introduce yourself and enjoy meeting new people. F e-harmony and match.com. what do they know?? not a damn thing!

I have dated 2 men on line and the dates turned out to be fun, but we just didn't click. I would not pay an on line dating source to pick out a date for me. I have found that meeting people through friends and joining volunteer organizations are the best way to meet new people!

I have a boyfriend that I ment online and I didn't have to pay a thing. I ment him in a chatroom!! One of his friends introduced us and we didn't have to ask each other out and we have been dating for 2 years and 8 months and he is from canada and I'm from usa!! I think eharmony and match.com are full of crap. they don't know you.
but I hope you find someone that you really can kick it off with!!

I married the one & only internet date that I had from Match, so, I think it is definatley worth it...Some of the will give you a free trial, so try it out that way to see if you get any hits or find anyone that you like...I think the big pro of the dating web sites is that they do match you with someone that you are compatible with...my ex &I were complete opposites, which may attract, but I had a hard time staying with my opposite. My now husband is a lot like me...same values, beliefs, etc....I couldn't be happier...we celebrated our 1 year anniversary this past Sunday!

Hey man, it could be; nothing ventured, nothing lost.
People join Those sites because they are, like you, lonely, and not in a situation where they have a lot of contact with single people.
I'd take a shot at it!

We all need to love and to be loved.

Most of our issues could be solved fairly easily, if we have our loved one supporting us.
If you are hurt by a former ex, well you just need to get yourself up and start searching for someone who deserves your love.
Don't ever be shy .. that won't ever help you .. and you'll have lots to lose. Do what your heart tells you it's right.
