Do green tea help you loses weight,or does anyone know any herbal tea that help you loses weight

The green tea will help boost your metabolism but you need to diet and exercise too. you won't lose weight just drinking the green tea if that were the case everyone would be drinking green tea

Yes green tea can help you lose weight, but drinking this and not changing anything else in your diet and routine wont really do a great deal. Make sure you up your exercise and cut out sugars and bad fats in your diet.

GREEN TEA!!!!!!!!! i luv green tea, and about your question, um i don't know. actually, i'm not sure, check with your sisters or brothers if you have any. or ask your parents if they still live with you cause i don't know how old you are or ask your best friends or something. sorry, i couldn't answer your question, tasha. I am really sorry, and i hope you have good luck finding out if green tea helps you lose weigh and if herbal tea helps you lose weigh. But, i know one thing about losing weigh that my mom told me about. Sweat a lot. I don't know why but i know it works because you sorta get out the fat or calories when you sweat. hope it works!!!good luck!!!

green tea does help you lose weight. i take green tea diet pills drink green tea without sugar. i love green tea. its so refreshing. it had antioxidents in it to fight cancer and to keep you healthy. but it make u pee a lot thats the only part that u can say is bad. bud ive used green tea insted of anything else and ive lost weight. it works

Drinking herbal teas or any non caffine beverages will help you lose weight, they help you feel fuller and you wont eat as much

i won't repeat what they said up there but green tea will reduce blood pressure. Also relieves you from stress. Juz something you should know if you didn't already.
