The best one is a purchased one. Shell out the $10 and you never have to worry about the troubles of spyare or anything like that. The Internet may be free, but freedom from spyware and the likes isn't.

Cine Player is a plugin for Windows Media Player, so once you have it, you never have to use two media players.
