I know the feeling. I have a six year old son and he has started the same thing. he cries alot and he can be hurtful towards me. I think it is because I don't give all the attention he sometimes creaves. I am a teacher and I have a 3 year old daughter so we don't have a lot of time together. This may be your problem as well if you have a busy life like mine. I really don't know the answer.....raising children has no definite right or wrong answers.....good luck!!!

My son just recently stopped crying when the school bus picked him up. He's 3. Maybe you should observe at school and see how hes acting. Maybe somethings going on. Talk to his teacher or family advocate and see how hes acting. Volunteer to come to the center and observe. He may just not like the rules there are in pre-school. Or maybe another kid is bullying him.

Schedule a check up with his pediatrician to make sure there is not a physical reason and schedule a meeting with the school to get their input.

Of course, you should try to get him to talk to you. Let him know it is safe to tell you anyone and that you want him to be well and happy,

It's not the most likely thing, but these symptoms could also be signs of abuse of some sort. Please don't ignore them and hope it will just go away.

I think he thinks hes a big man now and is testing his boundaries with you hang in there I know a small child throwing a fit is brutal and you wish it could stop as soon a possible but he seems deter mend.

Talk to his teacher and find out if something has been going on at school. Perhaps he's gotten a bully and is scared to go.

I would talk to his teachers at school and find out if anything went on there that may be bothering him. Could also be something he may be watching on t.v.??

I think you might want to find out if something is going on at school that is disturbing him.
