Take her to a pet supply store -- the good kind that sells stuff for cats, not actual cats; a big one where you're allowed to bring in a leashed cat -- and let her wander around the toys, scratching posts, cat trees, cat condos, etc, until she picks out what she'd like.

Feed her something special that she usual doesn't eat. If your cat knows any cats like brother or sisters get them together with your cat if they don't fight. Get it new toys for your cat. If it has a favorite toy get it a new one. My cat likes this one toy that has a bell on one stick and some dangling string on the other end. Get her some treats that she may love.

2 of my cats just had their 1st b-day.
we have a pet bakery in my town and i ordered a cat cake and invited my mom and sister's cats to the party. we also decorated with cat balloons and streamers.

WE HAD A BLAST. the whole party cost us $45.

buy her 5 cans of canned food (if she regularly eats dry food) and put them all out for her. you could also get her some cat treats, a new toy, or take her to the groomer (if she likes being groomed)

I've seen pets stores sell kitty ice cream or kitty cupcakes.... Get her a nice new toy.... A huge catnip ball..... Something like that would be nice.
