What is a good phrase in Spanish that would make the offender know I'm not happy with what he's doing? Something about his mother I know would get some attention. Thanks!

Don't bother with that. Spice up your lunch with some laxitives and disgusting additives. You'll find out quick enough who is behind the theft.

I worked at a place where the richest guy in the office (also the owner of the company) was the one who had a habit of eating people's lunches. Cheap bastard. Guy made well over $1 Million a year and he would rummage through the fridge in the late morning eating people's lunch.
I agree with other posters - Don't leave a note, just prepare your food with exlax. That'll teach the thief.

The Ex-Lax trick is tempting, but it's just possible that someone could get hurt.
Instead, may I suggest that you do this: Pack two lunches. The first one should be something that can be safely kept in your desk or wherever only you can get it.
The second lunch should have boiled squids in it.
Whoever starts the story that you eat squids is, of course, your thief.
P.S. Oh, what the hell. Go ahead and put syrup of ipecac in some pudding. It would be such justice...

Why don't you put a really bad sandwich filled with some pet food spread on it and leave it wrapped as if it were your lunch....oh and don't forget the chilli powder too! you'll know soon enough who's eating your lunch!

Buy some ipecac and put it in your lunch drink or something.. should make them throw up like crazy in half an hour. you can buy ipecac at a walgreens or other local pharmacy.

no do not do that..please do not offend anyone
instead make a sandwich and have it made with EXLAX, and slide in an EXLAX chocolate inside of a Hershey's bar wrapper...and let then take it and eat it..this should solve your problem..
