I'm a very experienced mountain biker, I bike year around and I live in Michigan. You can certainly bike in the snow, although it is a work out, thats why I like it. But make sure you stay warm. You must wear gloves, hat, and coat minimum. I would suggest finding a way to keep your nose and ears warm, or youll be sorry you didnt. I wear a ski mask if Im going long distances.

Depending on where you live. I live in Morehead City NC which is on the coast and I bike to school and the gym but some mornings I have a neighbor take me.

Yes, you just have to dress for it and if its icy or snowly get a rack where you can ride your bike like a stationary one or go to the gym and use a stationary bike
