What should I say to get her attention? please no "be yourself" or "casual approach" I want something effective an it doesnt have to be true jus has to be realistic..

Be loud. Not obnoxious, but loud. Funny. Without trying to be funny. Smile openly. Laugh towards her. That should grab her attention, and make her laugh as well. Mingle, show that you're approachable, that way she takes interest. This may just be me, but that is what always grabs my attention from across the room. Then again, some girls hate loud and outgoing guys. If that's the case, they're dull, and I suggest you saying **** them. :] Hope it works. (Wait. I guess this all depends on the girls personality.)

Okay you said "please no be yourself or casual approach".
But I don't see how we can say "well try being phony" , NO!!
That's not going to work. Seriously all we ask is to be yourself.
Be Truthful, Funny, Outgoing, Talkative. If you don't share a
conversation then there won't be any sparks flying around. Don't
ever try to show off thing that you know, just let it happen natural.

To get her attention, you have to be confident. Just approach her, strike up a conversation and ALWAYS have something INTERESTING to say. Interesting will get her attn. Everyone likes to be entertained. If you get her attn with a "line" it will probably be negative attn. If you lie to her and she pays attn to you for a bit, as soon as she finds out its a lie, adios!. Make her laugh if you can.Just introduce yourself, strike up a convo with her (interesting not too personal or creepy) Then it's up to her.

Well, being a girl, I like to hear a guy tell me a compliment!! If you're looking for a girlfriend, then just talk to her, become friends. Manybe something will happen.
If you're trying to woo your girl, hold her hand, compliment, kiss cheek/lips occasionally. Trust me, girls love that!

Tell her the truth. If she has pretty eyes tell her. If she looks great in that outfit tell her she looks great. Ask her out for a date, bring her a rose its a real attention bringer.

Walk up to her, softly, and don't be roughly. Be calm and just say, Hey, how are you? (If you want to be formal) or What's up (if you want to be informal). If she says good or I'm okay, say, "That's good." And continue with a question (any) but not too weird.

Don't tell them what they want to hear if you don't mean it. It should come straight to the heart. If your planning on getting into a girls pants. Your just going to hurt her by saying things you don't mean. Don't say things and tell her that you really mean it if you don't. That's my advice.
