You can get an accelerator called speed gear 5.00. For your computer. It will make it go faster. It is not free but they do have a free trial. This is the address.

I don't think there are software to speed up your machine unless it's just deleting spyware/adware, cleaning up temp files, stopping un-needed programs from startup, etc. Speed is more dependent on hardware such as upgrading cpu, memory, bus, etc.
