I agree with the other two above but these birds are very easy to take care of.
What is it you need to know?
Get a big cage. 36" x 24" by 30 inches tall. The bigger te better.
Get a mix of seeds and pellets. Fusion by Kaytee Is what I feed mine.
A few toys and play with the little thing a lot. Remember they love to have a good head scraching..

Cockatiels websites there are a ton. Just use a search and you will find them....My favorite is Winged Wisdom....

I agree with the others. They are very sociable and like plenty of attention and toys. Keep them out of drafts.
