Go to a dermatologist. They can give you anti-biotics and topical creams that will work better and faster than over the counter items.
If that is not an option, try Pro-Active

go see a dermatologist so u can get a prescription for doxycycline. its pretty much the most or second most powerful drug against zits. (but its BAAD for you liver). so drink tons of water

you could try Proance my friend has like really really bad ancee and he face cleared up very fast you just have to stick with..

if over the counter cream does not help...you can try salt water bathes....or a swim at the beach.....or you can actually see a gp and go onto medication.....

use proactiv - its a bit expencive but it really works
