You could be considered a bit under weight, depending on your BMI and frame size...If you tend to be more muscular, then you'd be okay. If you don't have much muscle, then you could probably stand to gain some weight. age 25 male should be between 150-170lbs.
So you are probably fine if you are a small to medium frame...large frame? Bulk up!

males are supposed to wt 106 starting at 5 feet then add 6 lbs for every inch after so at 5 11 you should wt about 172

Use this formula WEIGHT ( in Kg) divided in HEIGHT ( in CM to the square) and it gives to the IMC, if it falls between 20 and 25, you are ok.
