If you feel nauseous you probably won't be able to keep down the tylenol, find something to calm your stomach first and then take something for the headache.

the alcohol is probably part of the stomach ache. Take ONE tylenol, and if you still feel bad in a hour or two, then take another. Also drink some water, and eat something dry, like toast or crackers, to absorb some of the alcohol. Hope you feel better!

An hour ago? yes, it's safe to take tylenol (acetominophen). That would be better than advil or aspirin which can upset your stomach.
Try wetting a washcloth with cold water, wring it out, and lay it over your eyes, that might help, too.
Best of luck, headaches suck!

Yes, you can take tylenol after you've had a drink. If your stomach is upset from the headache it could be an alcohol induced migrane, I hate them.

Dont take any medications in this situation, just try to take the pain and sleep in bed. Also keep something near like plastic bag if you puke suddenly.
