Lift your arms overhead and curl out to the side and yell "Gas, Gas, Gas" like my dad said they did in the first Gulf War.

Cough a little bit more, and act as if nothing in the world is wrong.
A few minutes later, you can look around with a bit of a crinkly nose, as if wondering where that horrid smell is coming from.

Clearly you're not a guy; they put on this aghast face & look at you like you made that disgusting smell!
Sometimes they're so low as to say your name & ask when you're going to expel that dead rat from your butt!
Learn from them!
Failing that, just skip church when your belly's feeling a bit off.
