I'm not sure it's as much of a problem for a guy as it is for a girl, I guess it really depends on the circumstances, and how you're handling it. If you're moping or doing nothing to try and improve your situation, then yeah, that's going to be a red flag.

As far as I know there is no such thing as an absolute answer to this type of question. People seem to get attracted to others for reasons unexplained.

Personally, at this point in my life, I wouldn't want to go out with a girl who lives at home at age 30.

I however am only one of billions of guys in the world.

Anyway, you've already met the guy and told him this. See what happens. It could turn out to be the greatest thing ever.

Don't get worried about it, don't force yourself to do anything you're not ready to do.

Everybody's situations change. Even the rich and famous can't be that way all the time. They also have bad days, get depressed, etc.

No worries!

1. If I were him, I'd be wondering why you were wasting time trying to find a man to latch onto, rather than spending your time productively to acquire a new position.

2. It tells me that you are not a self-sufficient woman, and not very motivated to be so.

3. Would that mean that everything would be on my back in a relationship?

4. You need to get your priorities clear. You need a job and by becoming self-sufficient, you will be better able to bring something to the table, not just him. You are not yet relationship material.

5. Get moving. Hit the pavement!

Good Luck and Warm Regards.

No, it probably means that you either fell on some hard times and needed to move in with mom for awhile or you're just a caring, loving daughter who wants to live with mom? (unless, you're just sponging off of mom 'cause you don't wanna look for work)
If the guy is a sensitive and caring person he would not be turned off.

Not at all, he'll know that even if you won't do his laundry and cook for him, your Mom probably will.
