Thinkin' on the fly here...Assuming your rice is cooked - if it's not, cook it first.

OK, put some stir fry oil (or if you don't have it, olive or cooking oil) in a pan and heat to between med-hi and hi heat.

Pop the rice in and stir while cooking. Maybe 2-3 mins. Throw the ham in there, followed by the drained veggies. Break the egg into a cup and stir it up really really well. Drizzle it, spaced well, over the whole concotion and keep cooking until you have scrambled eggs in the stir fry. Mix very well.

Save the soy sauce for the end. Ideally, you'd have some stir fry sauce, but since you don't, maybe teriyaki?

If you don't have anything, this prolly won't be outstanding, but it will be palatable and fairly healthy. And nothing the soy sauce can't help ;)

Bon Apetit!

You can really get a jump on the flavor when you cook the rice. I hope you might have a few other ingredients. I'd mash up 3-4 cloves of garlic. Heat your rice pan and add a little grease when it's hot (maybe 1 Tbsp) put 1 cup rice into the pan and add the garlic after a few minutes. Add 2 cups liquid and put a fair amount of something hot into the liquid. I like Sri Racha (Asian hot chile and garlic sauce) and fish sauce or oyster sauce. Just get something spicy in there to color and to intensely flavor the rice. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover rice. leave on low heat and don't peek for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile. heat some oil in a skillet or saute pan. Add 3 eggs slightly beaten. Cook until the eggs are set, then remove the eggs and cut them into strips. Drain your canned vegetables.

After rice is done, assemble stir-fry: Heat oil in saute pan, add vegetables and ham. Add the rice and stir together. Season as desired. Last, add the egg strips for a few minutes. Enjoy.

cook the rice, it takes 20 min. after boiling. Then drain the veggies, put alittle oil in a fry pan add the veggies and fry as you stir them, add ham stir. when it starts to seem like it's merging, the flavors then add the soy sauce. stir for 5-10 min. put into bowl. add a little oil. whip eggs like you are scrambleing and add to pan and scramble. a little onion would be good, or dried ginger spice, a little pepper. Then when egg is cooked add to bowl. add rice when done and mix together. sounds good to me. Sorry, forgot to tell you , last thing fry the rice in the same pan then add other cooked ingredients. Sorry!!!

If you have any seasoning packets from Ramen soups then add one to the rice with the soy and it will add a nice oriental flavor to the mixture. Make sure the rice is completely cold when you begin stir fry or you will have a gummy mess.
