okay, i have seen spirits here and there since i was about 10, i've heard things like footstpes when there was no one there, i'm not like a full on medium though, and i don't want to be, as since i first heard about em, i've thought about how hard their lives must be.
does this mean i'm gifted in some way though, as i have read in books that childs see spirits, but this is because of there innocence, and leaves them as they get older

It means that you are spiritually sensitive to the spirits around us. Just be aware that you should be cautious towards them and weary of them.
No hocus-pocus, it can be the real deal. If you are a Christian, it might be called the spiritual gift of "discernment of spirits" as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 12.
I have three female acquaintences from church that have this gift. It's sometimes disconcerting to them, but since it is a gift from the Holy Spirit, it is given for your benefit and the edification of the church.

Yes you have a gift sight beyond all sight do not worry about unjust criticism you learn to live with it.
I like you see, hear spirit not just in walking like footsteps but voices.
And no it will not leave you when you get older it has never left me and regarding the special meaning yes you are chosen for what i do not know it will become clear later in life.
I chose not to be a full medium as it can have its down side and probably now when they read this i will become a heretic a follower of satan in their eyes.
Just follow what you believe in your heart you choose what is right for you.

Possibly means that you need some professional help - you may be suffering from delusions or something akin to schizophrenia (or whatever they call it this week :-) ).
Reason makes it obvious that there are no such things as spirits, they're offshoots of primitive superstitions that somehow have survived into the 21st century - possibly due to appalling education systems.
Perhaps it's time to grow up and stop believing in fairies at the bottom of your garden.

It means you need to see a doctor, of the kind that helps people who are having trouble dealing with reality. Look in the Yellow Pages under "psychiatrists."

Yes, seeing spirits is a gift. I sometimes see them also, wish I could see them more. Don't be afraid, they are loved ones that have come back to help you.

I don't think it makes you special. I think it makes it obvious you desire attention. I think it's all made up about "seeing spirits" but you want to belive so much that your mind will make yourself believe. It's easy to turn something fluky into somethin supernatural if you really want to.

It means you have "eyes to see." God gave you this ability for a reason, you should pray about it, and ask God for what reason He has given you this ability, and how He would like you to do it.
I am curious, when you see these spirits, do they give you a peace or do they unsettle your spirit???

1. You are lying.
2. You have schizophrenia
3. Both of the above.
