That would depend on how quickly you pulled out each hair. If you pulled then out at one second intervals with no breaks until every hair was pulled, it might take a few days. If you pulled as a lower rate, it would take longer. If you took breaks or stopped pulling to eat, poop or sleep, it would take longer.
I recommend that you pull only a few at a time to maximize the secretion of endorphins so you could make the experience last a long time. Say ten at a time in a two second span every four hours.
You might also enlist the help of friends to give a rip every now and then on a random basis.
I guess it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

Im sure it would depend on how slow you pulled the hair out and if you played with it after you pulled it. They make scissors.

There is medication for Trichotillomania.

Trichotillomania (pronounced: trik-oh-till-oh-may-nee-ah) is a type of psychological condition that involves strong urges to pull hair. The condition is fairly rare - statistics show it affects only 1% to 3% of the population, although new research suggests that the rate of hair pulling may be around 10% or higher.

Hey - have you ever found a piece of cotton hanging from your blouse and you pulled it - and pulled it - and pulled it - and you realize that if you continue pulling it you will unravel the whole damn blouse?

Well, that's your hair that is.

So, tie just one strand of your hair to the back of a number 64 bus, and hold on to the bus stop, tightly.

By the time the number 64 bus has gone two stops down the road - you'll be bald.

Okay?

a head has a avg of 137 hairs per cm^2, a scalp is somewhere in the range of 180 cm^2, so thats about 24660 hairs on your head.

if you pulled them one at a time at a rate of 1 hair per second, then it would take about 6 hours and 51 minutes of continuous pulling.

trust me, if you actually feel the need to pluck all of your hairs out, find help. trichotillomania isnt fun. ive gone though several periods of my life minus eyebrows and eye lashes because of this.

I think that would be a big mistake. Why not having it trimmed at a hair dressers?
