ok i forgot a few things. first of all, i eat a balanced diet, it is probably as close to perfect as you will get. and i know im doing the correct exersizes because i do turbo jam to guide me. but does anyone know any LOWER AB EXERSIZES? cause thats what basically im having difficulty on. if i flex my abs, they are actually as hard as a rock. but ther is still some fat i would like to get rid of.

It's actually kind of hard to get the 'perfect stomache' depending on what your definition of perfect is. For the love handles..there is a workout that hurts..so badly..but it works. (Kind of hard to explain)..but here go's.
1-Lay on your side..right or left side. Let's say you lie to the left first and you are laying straight. Support your head with your left arm and your head should be up above the ground. Place your right hand on the ground in front of you for support for the next movement. Lift up both of your legs at the same time (with them touching) and put them at a 40 degree angle below you.--this is to get into the position
2-Support yourself on your left arm. Your forearm should be level with the ground and your right arm should be behind your head preparing to do oblique crunches.
3-Crunch time--Crunch your knees to your right elbow. (make sure when crunching you're basically balancing on your hip and keeping that arm there for support. Also make sure that your body is at one with the 40 degree angle). Hold it there for about 3 seconds and come back down with your upper body facing to the left and your legs straight into the position of the 40 degree angle...do NOT let your legs touch the ground what-so-ever during this excersice. This is what tones up all your muscles and helps with your obliques..so it's critical that you don't cheat. Do this 12 times and if it's to hard..try 6. Once you've completed the left side..do the right.
3-Turn back over to your left side..and do the same thing except now for crunching..you'll be lifting your legs straight up in the air at that same angle..keep your balance on your hips..and this is what targets the abs..do those 12 times on each side.
You should do 2 sets of 12 on each side (one set is all four excercises...)

Sure, liposuction.

If you're doing that much ab work a day, are you sure you're doing it correctly ?? 5 crunches or ab work done right is much much much more benefitial than 20 or even 200 done wrong.

Are you eating a balanced diet ?

I shouldn't suggest diets because not every diet works for every body, but if you want a 'perfect stomach' I suggest reading into the Abs diet, which focuses around PROTEIN.

Also, are you doing workouts to target the lower stomach ?

You cannot spot reduce, but you can firm the muscle beneath. If you've been working out and have plenty of muscle already, it may just take time for the fat to be eaten away.

Do oblique exercises (The right way) and look up the abs diet, it may be beneficial to you.

Until about a year and a half agoI had a pouchy stomach along with a thin rib area to the belly button. I realized that a lot of ab exercises weren't actually exercising that area (think about this when you are doing those exercises). Then I took a kayak class where the guy told me I would have more power in my rowing by mostly getting the energy from my abs. It was so effective that I thought, wow, I should apply this to everyday movements such as picking things up, getting out of my car or off a sofa, turning my body, going up stairs and any activity that I would normally use my back muscles for. Now I have a nice flat tummy from sternum to hip!!

How about your diet? That is a very important factor.

Cardiovascular exercise is essencial. The reason many people have difficulties in toning, losing weight, or having the desired shape is because not enough emphasis is placed on Cardio.

I would recommend 15-20 minutes of INTENSE(that is the key word) cardio. So maybe run a mile in a comfortable pace to warm yourself up, then do cardio exercises.

If you do that, then you should get noticable results within 8 weeks. These things take time.

Proper diet and exercise are the most reliable methods of achieving desired results.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I have an exercise ball that I use and I love it. Also your diet maybe affecting the area. My dad started me on a training regimen and diet so I can stay in good shape. I eat six boneless chicken breasts per day and try to down a gallon of water a day. Outside of school it's hard trying to drink so much water but even diet sodas cause you to store fat.

the best way is to accept the body god gave you,and thank him for your health, many want to be able to do what you do but can't for a variety of reasons. And one can never be perfect as that would be against natural law. be happy for what you have, and don't fight it.
