I all depends on what you are looking for. Highs, mids or head massaging bass. YOu might want to look into Jl audio's w2 series or subs and a JBL 500-1 series amp. Don't forget to get a 4 gauge wire kit and attach it to a really good ground on your car. I had this mix installed onto my old car and it rocked and kept my wallet in check

Hi,
If you're looking at exceptional clarity, you can go in for Punch Amplifiers by Rockford Fosgate and a custom mould 12" subwoofer from RF. But this will definitely not come to you at the LOWEST PRICE! lol
You can consider buying Alpine power amplifiers with Velocity Subwoofers (from Blaupunkt) for a decent reproduction of bass in your car. These are way cheaper options than RF or Kicker.
Cheers...

do no longer purchase products from circuit city or ultimate purchase except you like/desire the producer's guarantee and maximum heavily do no longer flow to them for installs or help on vehicle audio because of the fact they comprehend no longer something approximately it. ultimate wager might flow to a interior of reach vehicle audio save. IMO, i might get the HU first because it incredibly is the "concepts" of your device. and please do no longer set up subs and an amp whilst your front degree is crappy. so improve your audio device then improve get your subs. because of the fact track with purely bass sucks. there is not any set fee on how plenty a device would be. it relies upon on the products you're working.

if you go for the lowest price then your going to end up spending more in the end to replace them or fix them if you save up the money get some JL audio subs and a good quality amp and im not talking about the low JL's get the W6's Or W7's you will not be disapointed by have to replace or fix them. i have run them in compititions and i have not blown one yet i ponded them beyond there limit and they just kept going. dont settle for low end subs the sound sucks and they dont last long.

Best value for the lowest price would be Mackie's. Their 15's are a GREAT price and quite superior to all others in their price range (and even several above their price range). Pretty much the same for their larger sizes as well.
