First It depends on your age. I would think that if you aren't a child you could go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. For myself and I don't have psoriasis but, I opt for simple. I go for Ponds products. They have very little or not a lot of strong chemicals in them. '''''''the one I use is in a round pump with SPF 15 in it which we all need and it is very neutral as far as smell goes, non greasy but makes my skin soft and seems to absorb. Not heavy or thick. A little goes a long way. I think it says something about non-aging on it. Good luck. I want you to go to nutrition express website and see if they have anything there for you. I believe I read about a natural ointment in their magazine. Get the magazine and check it out.
