There is no one in Hell, Because there has not yet been a judgment. After the great white throne judgment then the wicked will be cast into the lake of fire (hell) along with Satan and his followers and be consumed.
It is not punishment forever and ever. (That would be cruel) The wicked will cease to exist body, soul, spirit all gone.
There are those that believe that at the 2nd Resurrection people who had died without knowing God will have a chance to accept Jesus. I don't know. Don't take that chance, Repent and accept Christ Jesus now.

I believe that at this time there is no one in Hell as the judgment has not happened yet. Whether their souls are asleep or in a peaceful place, I cannot say.

I may not know everything. But I do know that the Lord has every person who has confessed to Him in the Book Of Life. And whoever sadly does not make it to heaven before rapture, will not get the opportunity to see God's face. His wrath will come upon others who have not confessed and lived for Him, and send them to hell. but don't get scared. And no, when you in hell, boom. you stay forever in the horrifying, but true lake of fire and evil. please trust me, and live for God all you can if you only believe on Him. I trust you to see what I mean.

For those that go to Hell God will take them out to be judged but then they will be thrown into the lake of fire

The Dead Are Judged (Revelations 11-15)
11Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 13The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. 14Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

JESUS wait for our repentance patiently.HE gives us so many chances to get rid of sins and to experience HIS everlasting Love.
And if our hearts are hard enough to reject all such things HE will let us in the Hell in the Judgement day.

Hell exists whether you believe in it or not, and once you go there, there's no coming out for any reason.

no after you die thre's not turn back - if you go to hell you'll stay in hell - the only time we have to decide where to go is right now here on earth , after you die - what you have chosen it's what you get.
