i'm not religious at the moment, although with the way my head has been lately, that might change soon, but will it mean i'll not be able to go on porn, because it would collide with the 7 sins, being lust.

but i'm single though, so does that kind of make up for it.

You shouldn't watch porn if you want to be Christian, that's obvious. And that also applies to masturbation, I'm sorry to break the news on you. You will have to make up your mind not to do these things anymore. You might not succeed in giving it up completely, on the spot. This is exactly what happens when people try to give up smoking. And this is why we are not all saints. The important thing is to keep trying, and I mean honestly, and in the end with God's help everything is possible.
Being single doesn't matter.

You forgot to tell us to which superstition you subscribe. the 7 deadly sins is a xtian invention only. It's not relevant in most other religions although the Abrahamic religions all disapprove to a certain extent since they're all based on the concept of being miserable as sin here so you can be a bit less miserable in the life to come. (since they suggest that you'll spend eternity looking up and sycophantically shouting "praise, praise, praise" to an attention seeking and psychologically inadequate god.

It's a good one, because I struggled with a certain sin (flirting despite being married, nearly ended my marriage) before I became a Christian, then as soon as I met Jesus, I didn't feel like flirting any more, at all! 4 years on I still don't, even though my husband has just ended our marriage himself by having an affair and being an outrageous liar. God will deal with some sins immediately, others we will choose to deal with later on.

With anything you do in life, just take the time to ask yourself if it feels right. Whether religious or not, by simply giving yourself the time to think about what you truly feel about the situation can make all the difference. If something gives you a bad feeling, then don't go through with it...you'll never regret trusting your gut.

You can still be religious despite your "occupation".

Unfortunately, you'll end up being a hypocrite because you don't practice what your religion teaches you.

Besides, religion isn't the real answer, it's the spiritual fulfillment you get from the religion you chose.

The way your head is lately shouldnt be the reason you need to become religious; that just smacks of being a hyprocrite. I have crap going on in my life but I dont run to the church every second. Besides most people I know who actually attend church on a sunday do some very unholy things the other six days of the week. Seems to me most people decide what they think is right or wrong depending on their own moral fibre or lack of in some cases.

Being single absolves you of adultery, presuming you avoid the sites geared to that. It does not absolve you from fornication or sexual morality.
One of the tragic elements of pornography is that while it seems to be a "single person" act, in reality it casts a wide net of exploitation over those victimized and a general lessening of the value of women in general. They become objects of use.
What porn does for those who are religious, and I sincerely hope whatever is happening in your head continues to lead you this way, what porn does is blunt the moral/spiritual sharpness that allows us to experience the wonder and joy of God's presence. God doesn't leave, but our ability to perceive God dulls.

First of all we are all sinners and there is no sin that God can not forgive except one which is unbelief, I was a porn addict at one point in my life before I came to Christ and I had committed countless sex sins over the period of my life. Yes I have changed my view on almost everything I had believed prior to becoming a Christian because of convictions that I got, I do not allow the rules of man bind me because I am free in Christ I do not need to be bound but rather free, and in loving him I will not lust for the former things. You can be forgiven and transformed all you have to do is ask him to forgive you and allow him to transform you. PS it is not easy to CRUCIFY YOUR FLESH, but God can help you do ANYTHING! peace

being religious is one thing and watchin porn is one thing... Do not mix them up. Watching porn is one of the lower level sins.
Adultary or having pre-marital sex is a higher level sin. So just keep being religious and doin good deeds, they will over write your lower level sins.
Note: God gets kinder day by day as the world grows worse day by day...
