Liberals and hippies, which can often be the same thing, hate anyone or anything in authority. Nothing represents authority better than a police officer, especially in uniform.

Because these people may think that they are above the law. Maybe no so much the hippies, but the liberals for sure. Liberals fight for gun control, but own guns. Typical hypocrites

"Liberals" are much better read than the general public on the matter of police corruption, and liberal scholarship is on the whole disapproving of the corruption and violence with which so many cops are so often associated. (Of course violent criminals are associated with violence, but we do not pay employ criminals with our tax money.)
By the way, "hippies" is not a word to be capitalized in the middle of a sentence. It is not a proper name of a place, organization or person, etc.

they don't hate them they just don't automatically assume that they are worth respecting plenty of asshole cops out there along with the good ones.

THEY DONT,THE COPS JUST MAKE UP REASONS TO HATE THEM.THE REAL CORRUPTION AND CRIME IS COMMITED BY REPUBLICANS AND THE FACTS SHOW.I HAVE WITNESS ED AND WAS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY TWO POLICE COVER UPS. ONE INCLUDING MY BROTHER GETTING A SKULL FRACTURE AND HIS FEMUR BROKE IN HALF BY KEVIN DAMBACH OF LAKE FOREST GARDENS IN FOMBELL PA, WHEN KEVIN COLLIDED HEAD ON INTO MY BROTHER AND HIS FRIENDS IN HIS FRIENDS CAR.THE COP AUTOMATICALLY BLAMED THE PERSON DRIVING THE CAR MY BROTHER WAS IN AND NEVER EVEN GOT STATEMENTS FROM ANYONE AT ALL....MADE UP A COMPLETELY BOGUS POLICE REPORT....AND TRIED CHARGING THE DRIVER WITH RECKLESS DRIVING ETC.jUDGE SAID THE WHOLE THING WAS SCANDELOUS AND THE COP DIDNT DO HIS JOB AND ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED..NO CHARGES WERE EVER FILED AGAINST THE PIECE THAT HIT THEM MOST LIKELY BECAUSE HIM A ND HIS DAD ARE OWNERS IN LAKE FOREST GARDENS TOGETHER AND HIS DAD IS THE TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR AND WAS BEST FRIENDS WITH THE CHIEF OF POLICE WHO STARTED ALL THIS MESS...HOPEFULLY NOW THE COURT SYSTEM WILL GIVE ME AND MY FAMILY JUSTICE AGAINST THEIR CORRUPTION BEING AS THE FBI HASNT DONE NOTHING FOR OUR FAMILY BECAUSE .....WE MUST NOT PAY ENOUGH TAXES.

For one, they're very poorly socialized people and, for another, they like to use illegal drugs and they blame the cops for the fact that they (might) get busted.
