My bookmarks are not there sometimes. They seem to come and go.?

I spoke with tech support and they had me download the new ver. of yahoo browser. That did'nt work; still happening. I also have nortons parental control running in the background. Sometimes my bookmarks are there and other times there is just three grayed out options; ADD,EDIT and IMPORT......

I think it's your parenteral control. You have to set it right or turn it off before connecting.
