All you need to do is move on. Remember there are a million fish in the sea and one day the right person will come along for you. But dont just jump into the next thing that comes along. Take some time for yourself to figure out what went wrong. But what ever you do" DONT GO BACK WITH HIM" if you fight alot now it will never work out.

properly definately stay out of the nutrition. you need to encompass your self with acquaintances and activities for a reliable couple of months. do no longer provide your self any time to sit down down and sense sorry for your self. 3 years is an prolonged time...what did you combat approximately? Are there themes a mediator can assist you to artwork out? If no longer basically stay busy and don't bounce into yet another relationship superb away. provide your self it sluggish to think of roughly what you want in a relationship first.

Well, one way or the other, you shouldn't eat junk food to deal with emotions. It's really bad to keep them bottled up. You should tell someone you know and trust, don't let this make your life go down the drain. Oh-and if you keep breaking up, why are you getting back together?

It´s natural that you may feel bad or sad and of course you are going to feel like this several days, but remember everything pass, there will be a day that you will feel more than OK, but if is being very hard for you go to a therapist we all need a hand once or twice

Start an activity to keep yourself busy, maybe ballroom dancing, rock climbing, or art. Anything to take your mind off of it, find something you enjoy doing and then you can meet someone there who likes the same things as you. Have fun and explore all your options.

I'm really sorry to hear about your break up. Try and do things you like to do to take your mind off things. Hang out with friends, go for walks, go see a movie, read, favorite hobby, or whatever it is you enjoy. It's not going to help forget him but it will help you to realize your life isn't over just because it's over with you and him.

If you have really decided to leave him, then the best way to get over it is to find your 2nd love.

A new relationship is the best cure for a heartache. It's the best prescription.

Fill your thoughts and time with activities (good ones). Keep yuorself occupied. A free mind is the nest of all evil.

cry a lot and then go out and havev fun with friends or read or do somehitng you really like to do but never get enough time to do. also try working out a little bit everyday it almost seems to burn emotions off like if ur angry or upset at all.

Go out, have fun, keep yourself occupied with activities and friends.

If that doesn't work, then talk/flirt with other guys. You will get over him soon enough.
