Okay, let me explain. I just got done exercising for the first time in a long time. I did 30+ minutes on the treadmill at around 2.5mph. I was shaky and lightheaded afterward, but now I feel totally estactic!!!! I mean, I am already planning on exercising tomorrow morning. Also, I turned down chocolate....GASP....!!!! It's not worth it to exercise if I am going to eat extra stuff, right? Anyway, Is exercise addictive? Can you exercise too much in the beginning?

yes, it causes endorphins to rush to your brain. Runners often get a rush.

I would not say it is addictive, once you have had a good work out usually most people are going to feel good about themselves. Remember if your only new at the exercise thing I suggest just you keep your fluids up. You must continue eatting a healthy diet while exercising on a regular basis or you will become weak. Remember not to overdo it, meaning take a day off with no exercise at all as your body/muscles will need a break to take in everything. my P/T says a good work out will contain atleast 60mins of cardio workout a week and 30mins of weight training a week, depending on what your workout goals are.
